After enzymolysis, high-temperature enzyme deactivation is performed to terminate the reaction. Ceramic membrane ultrafiltration and 3000 Da molecular weight cut-off membrane are applied for separation and purification, to remove unhydrolyzed macromolecular proteins, impurities and redundant amino acids and enrich highly active small-molecule peptides.
The purified peptide solution is processed via low-temperature vacuum concentration and spray drying to obtain high-purity oyster rxtract powder.
Finally, capsules are filled in accordance with standard formulation procedures to finish the final products. This production process avoids activity loss caused by traditional high-temperature extraction.
