A new peptide client from Sweden initially had reservations about the BLOOM Tech Team when they first inquired last year. After three rounds of quotations, they finally placed their first order in May of this year, marking the start of our partnership. The client purchased three boxes of Retatrutide 50mg and successfully paid via company wire transfer. We shipped the order promptly upon receiving payment, and it was successfully signed for seven days later. The client was very satisfied with our product quality and placed a new order, which has now been safely shipped and wait for arriving.

Customers have virtually no basis for trusting BLOOM Tech.

We are always at your service when you need
This is a common reality in the international peptide market: research buyers in Sweden and the Nordic region naturally have a low level of trust in Chinese suppliers. The reason is straightforward: over the past few years, the market has indeed been flooded with suppliers who passed off inferior products as high-quality ones, misrepresented purity levels, and delayed shipments, and many Nordic customers have fallen victim to these practices. As a result, when our sales team first responded to an inquiry, the customer's reaction was very lukewarm.
Trust-Building Phase (May 2025 – April 2026, approximately 12 months)
From the initial inquiry to the final transaction, the process spanned nearly a year of follow-up. During this year, we never once had to chase the client for an order; instead, we focused on the following:

1. Consistent Provision of Professional Documentation
Whenever the client raised new verification requirements, our team responded within 24 hours. Certificates of Analysis (COAs), HPLC chromatograms, MS reports, storage condition specifications, Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS)... all were provided in the exact formats requested by the client, without delay or ambiguity.
Particularly noteworthy was when the client requested stability data for Retatrutide 50mg. We not only provided the standard accelerated stability test results but also included a third-party testing report for that specific batch. This went beyond the client's expectations, and they said "impressive" for the first time.
2. Proactive and Transparent Communication Strategy
Throughout the follow-up process, we did not shy away from any issues. When the client asked, "What is the level of your COA certification?", we provided an honest explanation; when they asked, "Can you provide samples?", we arranged for small samples to be shipped after confirming compliance.
On one occasion, the client mentioned that a previous supplier had delayed shipment by three weeks and asked if we could guarantee delivery. Instead of simply promising"absolutely no problem,"we provided a detailed production schedule and logistics plan, including the estimated shipping date, carrier, and tracking methods. This approach-focusing on concrete solutions rather than empty promises-gradually helped the client recognize the difference between BLOOM Tech and other suppliers.

3. Cultivating Long-Term Relationships, Not Just Focusing on Single Transactions
Over the past 12 months, our communication with the client has extended beyond just products. The client occasionally shares updates on local peptide research in Sweden, and we proactively share industry insights and information on new products. This non-transactional interaction has gradually shifted the relationship from that of "buyer and seller" to that of "professional partners."
By early 2026, the client's response time on WhatsApp had noticeably improved-from every two or three days to same-day replies-and they even began proactively asking, "Do you have any new peptide product lines?"
Payment Methods
01
We don't have business on Alibaba & Made in China, and payment in PayPal or credit cards. we can do Bank transfer.
Some of the suppliers from Alibaba & Made in China, don't know any knowledge of chemistry only emploeed several girls to do some Internet business. Even the "company" only made up of a couple, or only one person due to the basic cost is very low.
02
The real big companies will not do business in the Made in China kind of platform, in order to do the comparison. the Made in China platform company, just one person, don't have any cost to publish a fake information can do. It would be too easy for us to do that, and we stopped working with that kind of mall a long time ago.
03
The client ultimately chose to pay via corporate wire transfer, which in itself is a strong signal of trust. In international transactions, a client willing to use a corporate account indicates that they have completed their internal supplier vetting process; this is not a trial order, but a formal purchase.
